Snap, Crackle, Pop, or Unleashing the force within?

Why do you go to the chiropractor?
Is it to get your bones popped? For back and neck pain? That’s what I used to think chiropractic was for. The closest association I had in my head were the cartoon characters for Rice Krispies, Snap, Crackle, and Pop… but does that even remotely reflect the purpose of what we in chiropractic do?

No, it doesn’t.

Chiropractic is about unleashing the force within.
We come into being with an innate intelligence. Everyone has it. An intelligence deeper that your conscious mind is what guides your body to grow, determines how cells will divide and keeps your body regenerating itself until the day you die. Chiropractic is about unleashing your innate intelligence to its full capacity. The conduit for this intelligence is the central nervous system, and when that system is impacted by subluxation, a person is not able to live and function at their full capacity. All we aim to do is unleash the force within, one adjustment, exercise and traction at a time.

Maybe pain relief or bone crunching were your reasons for considering chiropractic care, maybe they weren’t. Either way, I want to let you know there is a deeper reason why you are here: To unleash your innate intelligence and be your whole, full self. It all comes back to unleashing the force within.
